What is Justice for our Neighbors (JFON)?
Posted March 3rd, 2006 by mderidder
In 2004 the First United Methodist Church of Holland applied to become a satellite clinic location for Justice for Our Neighbors program in support of the JFON program that exists in Grand Rapids. JFON is able to provide professional legal counseling for immigration matters at no cost to the client.
The mission of Justice for our Neighbors is two-fold:
- Provide high-quality immigration legal services and a warm welcome to our community.
- Foster greater cross-cultrual community building and deeper moral reflection about the justness of current U.S. immigration policies through education for mission and advocacy.
If interested in an appointment at the clinic, call (616)396-5595.
