The big news this month is the new Sunday schedule, effective September 12:

8:30 – 9:30 a.m. Worship Service

9:40 – 10:30 a.m. Jubilant Journey (Christian Education for all ages)

10:45 – 11:45 a.m. Worship Service

Enclosed find information about classes for all ages and make a decision as to which class sounds good for you! Also inside is information about the worship series, outreach activities, who needs your prayers and all kinds of things to keep you busy as we move into the fall season.

On Tuesday, July 27, the Church Council at First United Methodist Church of Holland approved a proposal from the Inward/Outward Spiritual Growth Committee to establish a dedicated Education time. This proposal resulted from much discussion and deliberation among our congregation. Establishing our new dedicated Education time does require a full schedule change for Sunday morning activities. However, please understand that every effort has been made to find a new schedule that will only slightly change our worship times.

The new Sunday schedule, effective September 12:

9:40 – 10:30 a.m. Jubilant Journey (Christian Education for all ages)

10:45 – 11:45 a.m. Worship Service

Just because summer has begun doesn't mean you shouldn't stay involved in your church. Lots of fun activities going on for June including a Galactic VBS...make sure to sign up your sons, daughters, grandchildren, neighbors...all the kids in your life!! They will love it!!
